1. Digital Item Nature

Due to the nature of digital goods (PDF ebooks, templates, analytical models), all sales are final once download URLs are accessed or verified. Once a user receives a file key or accesses a download link from their dashboard, the purchase cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

2. Technical Difficulties

If you encounter problems with downloading, opening, or reading the PDF file, please contact us immediately. We will generate manual mirror links or verify your payment status to ensure full access. If we detect a platform failure on our end that renders delivery impossible, we will evaluate exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

3. Chargebacks and Disputes

We strongly recommend contacting support first before raising a dispute through your banking provider or payment gateway. Forging disputes will result in permanent suspension of access to all current and future purchases from the Profit Pages ecosystem.
